On May 29th, Zhao Dong, General Manager of China Petrochemical Corporation and Deputy Party Secretary, visited the Petrochemical Science Research Institute for inspection and research, gaining a deep understanding of technological innovation, deepening reform, party building, and talent cultivation, as well as expressing condolences and support to frontline scientific researchers. He emphasized the need to remember the instructions of Xi Jinping, Secretary of the Communist Party, to strive for breakthroughs in the iteration and upgrading of traditional refining technology, to catch up and surpass in the development of high-end new materials in the chemical industry, to forge ahead in the development of new energy and resource circulation utilization, to be a vanguard in the deepening of technological system reform, and to accelerate the cultivation and development of new-quality productive forces, striving for high-level self-reliance and self-strengthening in science and technology.

Zhao Dong successively visited the organic synthesis and lubricant blending high-throughput experimental laboratory, molecular dehydrogenation evalsuation experimental laboratory, and hydrogen energy key materials and equipment display platform of the Sinopec Institute of Petrochemical Technology, gaining a deep understanding of the latest research and development progress of key core technologies such as high-end lubricant oil additive technology, catalytic dehydrogenation technology, and hydrogen energy industry chain. He inspected the relevant experimental equipment and construction projects of the working area, interacted and communicated with frontline scientific researchers, listened to reports on the progress of scientific research at the Sinopec Institute, the deepening of scientific research system reform, party building, and talent cultivation, and fully affirmed each item of work.

Dynaflow participated in the construction of the three research and development buildings of the Petrochemical Science Research Institute, with a total area of 30,450 square meters, and adopted prefabricated laboratory technology for construction. The project had a short construction period and high requirements, and required different types of workers and long construction periods when built according to traditional construction methods. Dynaflow prefabricated the laboratory modules 100% in the factory, and only required simple screw fixing, welding, and piping work on site, with only 10 people completing the electrical work. This saved construction time and costs compared to traditional construction methods and delivered high-quality projects.

Prefabricated construction greatly reduces mechanical and on-site management expenses, improves safety usage, and significantly reduces maintenance and repair costs. The installation process does not require welding and open flames, and the finished materials are made of stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance and does not require the corrosion prevention treatment of traditional scaffolding materials, eliminating safety hazards.
