On October 11th, the 2024 China Architectural Society Academic Annual Conference, co-hosted by the China Architectural Society and ShaoXing Municipal People's Government, was grandly held in ShaoXing Kecheng. The theme was "Creating a Sustainable Future", covering opening ceremony, academician salon, keynote report meeting, 22 thematic special forums, 3 academic salons, and 4 thematic exhibition series activities such as Zhejiang City Construction Exhibition. Dynaflow's Deputy General Manager and Sales Business Department General Manager, Gong Changhua, delivered a speech titled "Inheritance and Change: Discussing Scientific Research Buildings and AI+Robotics." Gong Changhua introduced Dynaflow's basic situation and emphasized that Dynaflow has always been committed to promoting scientific research laboratories towards automation, intelligence, sustainability, and low entropy. In the speech, he detailed the application of AI+Robotics in scientific research buildings and summarized four major design trend changes. He pointed out that with the introduction of AI+Robotics, scientific research buildings need to make major adjustments in space layout, functional zoning, area planning, and energy management to adapt to the laboratory environment without people, achieve coexistence of wet and dry areas, optimize the occupation ratio of personnel use space, and improve energy utilization efficiency.
