As one of the main cooperative units, Dynaflow Technologies, in collaboration with the Chinese Center for Disease Prevention and Control, the Beijing Disease Prevention and Control Center, Beijing DK Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Tsinghua University, and the National Accreditation and Supervision Center of China, has conducted research to address the issues of missing key biosesafety protection technologies in biological safety experiment laboratories, insufficient core protection equipment, and weak response capabilities for major public health events. The project team has been deeply engaged in this field for nearly 20 years, perfecting China's laboratory biosesafety technology system, and has made significant contributions to the prevention and control of major public health events, major activities, and overseas aid, with remarkable achievements.

It is awarded every two years. The Chinese Preventive Medicine Society selects award-winning projects from the Chinese Academy of Sciences for recommendation for the National Science and Technology Award. The Chinese Preventive Medicine Society Scientific and Technological Award is the first science and technology award in the public health and preventive medicine field in China and has been widely recognized by public health and preventive medicine professionals. It has also become one of the three major science and technology awards for recognizing professional titles in the health industry.
