On March 19-21, the prefabricated implementation of the last laboratory building (laboratory area of 12,000 square meters) of Wanhua Global R&D Center (Phase I) in Yantai, Shandong, created a new record of 8 people completing it in 24 hours! It takes 120 people and 8 months to complete the laboratory of the same area using conventional implementation methods. This is a new landmark record for the prefabricated laboratory!
This project adopts factory production and large-scale centralized transportation, realizing a huge leap in project quality, project schedule and project management! With the semi-automatic production line independently developed by Dynaflow, highly integrated assembly-type parts, automatic transport vehicles, and group-based intelligent hoist, the on-site Lego block-type quick plug-in is accurately realized.
